- On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 1:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
- Pets are warmly welcome (a flat fee of €50.00 for final cleaning applies)!
- Breakfast available upon request.
- To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit (amount to be agreed upon) to be transferred to the following bank account in the name of Brugger Hannes:

- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
- If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- Prices are in addition to the local tourist tax of €2.50 per person (ages 14 and above) per day.
